Shikhar Jewellers is a small workshop in South Africa where Indian and South African families come for engagement rings, wedding sets, temple pieces, bangles and chains. Our own goldsmiths handle the setting, polishing and resizing, so a piece stays in the same hands from the first sketch to the final finish.

For engagement rings, wedding sets and one-off designs. We start from a conversation about the occasion, then move to sketches and a wax model before any metal is cut.
Temple jewellery, bridal sets, bangles and chains built around South Asian motifs. Filigree, granulation and hand-polished gold finishes are done in-house.
Bring in a piece that has loosened, bent or stopped fitting. We check the setting and clasps first, then explain what can be restored and what is better left untouched.
